Economy Shipping

Our First Class option is a low-cost service handled by the postal carrier. Transit speed and update frequency vary by route and season. Once an order is accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control, but we’re happy to assist with a carrier inquiry if something seems off.

Upgraded Shipping Option (Recommended)

If you prefer a more reliable delivery experience and added carrier features including tracking, please choose the upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Lost Package Window (Domestic)

A domestic order is considered lost if it has not arrived within 3 weeks (21 days) from the ship date. At that point, your order becomes eligible for a replacement or refund. Before the 21-day window, we can open a carrier search and monitor for updates.

Important notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped once additional postage is paid.
  • Weather, holidays, and carrier capacity may extend delivery times.
  • Gift deadlines: order early to avoid seasonal slowdowns.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help right away.
