Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days and include your order number.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused/unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with any tags and included freebies.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Consumable/personal-care items (e.g., soaps, scrubs, lip products, body sprays, wax melts) must be sealed and unused to be eligible; opened items cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.
  • Digital downloads are non-returnable.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please package items securely; using a service with delivery confirmation is recommended. We are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged or do not arrive.

Refund Method

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank/processor to post the credit. Original shipping and upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help right away. If we request a return for a damaged/incorrect item, we’ll cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

For the fastest turnaround, place a new order for the item you want and return the original following the policy above. We’ll process the refund once the return is received and approved.

Undeliverable/Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we can reship after additional postage is paid. If you prefer a refund, we’ll refund the item price (excluding original shipping) once the package is received back and the item meets return eligibility.

  1. Email/message us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and simple packing tips.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery and keep your proof of postage.
